Do I have to be home?
No. Most clients aren't. You can leave a key, a code, or arrange access however suits you — and you'll get before-and-after photos when the job closes, so you know exactly what happened while you were out.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we send someone back to fix it, free. No debate and no partial refunds to argue over — we'd rather re-do the work than talk you out of your complaint.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything is included in the price. If you'd prefer we use your own products — allergies, stone counters, a particular brand — just say so when you book.
Is it the same cleaner every time?
On a recurring plan we keep you with the same cleaner wherever we can, because someone who knows your home does a better job in less time. If they're sick or on holiday we'll tell you before we send anyone else.
When am I charged?
Your card is held when you book and charged after the clean is finished — not before.
